19th July 2017 Haeusler AG

This day Stephen and I to visit Haeusler industry machine construction in Duggingen, Switzerland. Stephen was very happy to be in Haeusler to meet his training teachers over there. Mr. camille took time to walk us thought the factory expaining the job of various parts of the factory and their current work that was ongoing.

We started from the programming and software part, there we greet the engineers who work on Eplan, Beckhoff Twin Cat and C#. There we meet Mr. Allan, and Madame Pascale the training teacher of Stephen two years ago.

We moved on to the big workshop where they construct their plate bending machines. There we saw alot of metal bending machines some still in assembly proceess others completed and in testing process and some completed.

We were lucky enough to see a newly completed high pricision metal bending matchine for an airplane company.
The machine was completed and the respective client for this machine was present for the machine demonstration. Mr. Camel also made a demostration to us, with access to the bending part, monitoring and control panel and the Power distribution and safty Cabinet.

He also showed and explaind fuction and difference between the three rollers and four rollers bending machine.
He also showthrough a small 4 roller bending machine for demostrarion to clients. A sample simulation was made on this machine with experimental parameters of which the program performed wonderfully. He also explained that, the client has the ability to test the idea in mind before bend if possible acording to the simulation.
He then took us to the  welding, lathe machine and metal fabrication sections.
We had a nice coffee drink afterwards, nice presents from Mr. Camille.

From Haeusler, we went for a detour at the Goetheanum School of Spiritual Science. This was roughly 6.3km from Haeusler via the Autobahn route.
The Goetheanum, located in Dornach (near Basel), Switzerland, is the world center for the anthroposophical movement. The building was designed by Rudolf Steiner and named after Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. We walked through their library, a bookstore, and administrative spaces for the Anthroposophical Society; neighboring buildings house the Society's research and educational facilities. Conferences focusing on themes of general interest or directed toward teachers, farmers, doctors, therapists, and other professionals are held at the center throughout the year.  Their philosophy architecture is really amaizing and has shown me the  dynamic of architecture.

We drove from there to an eating place on the mountain and had a beautiful lunch together. There after we passed through frenkendorf to visit her friend Ruth who lived there.
