20th July 2017 Trip to Nendaz

We started this journey in the morning, with a long drive from Arisdorf thorough the city of Bern. We packed and had some picnic at a spot around Lac de Gruyeres. We spent some time around the place to relax and continue our journey.
After this stop we continue the our journey from Lac de Gruyeres, with beatiful site seeing along the road  we stopped again at the most biggest and beautiful lake I have ever seen lake Geneva.

We futher continue the trip and visited Bisse de Savièse Torrent-Neuf. The Bisse du Torrent-Neuf (also Bisse de Savièse ) is a Suone ( French bite ) near the village of Savièse in the Swiss canton of Valais . The bottom line above Savièse is used together with a 1935 tunnel through the mountain Prabé to the source until today.
The Bisse du Torrent-Neuf is probably the most impressive in the Canton of Valais due to the constructively demanding lines running up to 1934 in the rock faces above the Morge .
This obsolete section in the Morge Valley had been abandoned since the decline, was partially reconstructed beginning with the year 2005 and made accessible with the parallel hiking trail 2008 to the public.
Torrent-Neuf walk way is of a distance of 5km mountain side clip and long metal bridges. We started the walk around 4:30 pm, walked along the mountain clips through tunnels and 4 metal hanging bridges. In about 2 hours we were able to complete the walk way and all the 4 metal hanging bridges.
It was the first time for me to walk on these hanging metal bridges and was scrary at first but after 3 bridges it became easy for me. It was also the first time aunty Ruth also completed the try and she was glad she made it.
We all set on our way back from the hike and took all 4 bridges again back to the starting point. We rested with a refreshing drink and continue our journey to Nendaz. Soon we reached Nendaz later in the evening and rested after a long day trip.
